2027 Call for Speakers

Built on the success of Used Car Week, UCS will showcase the very best the used-car industry has to offer. With an emphasis on retail, remarketing, and auto finance, this event is designed to offer a more focused networking experience for business-building conversations and stronger connections.

The Used Car Summit introduces a fantastic East Coast location and an immersive gathering for industry leaders, innovators, dealers, and stakeholders. UCS will offer a relaxed setting, a fresh approach, and a new opportunity for the used car industry to network, exchange ideas, gain strategic insight, and shape the future of the used-car business.

As a Used Car Summit speaker, you’ll command the attention of the biggest names in the automotive industry. If you have actionable strategies, fresh perspectives, and industry insights to share, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Insight over promotion. Bring us real solutions — not sales pitches.
  • Original content. Presentations should be new and tailored to this audience.
  • Clear takeaways. Share ideas attendees can apply in retail, finance, recovery, or wholesale.

Ready to Submit?

Please complete all sections of the form thoroughly and exactly as you’d like your session to appear in the official agenda. If your proposal is accepted, the information you provide will be used as-is for printed and digital conference materials. Edits will be minimal, so make sure all responses are complete, accurate, and presentation-ready.

Note: This form is for submitting your own session (general session or workshop) that you will host and organize. If you’re hoping to join another session as a panelist or contributor, please do not use this form.

2027 - Call for Speakers

1a. SPEAKER INFORMATION (required):

Fill out the complete speaker information form in the way your speaker would like to be registered for the event and as they would like their name and title to appear on the agenda. In the event that your submission is accepted, we will register your speakers using this information. The headshot and bio you submit will be used on our agenda and in our printed materials.

1b. SPEAKER HEADSHOTS (required):

For each speaker you are submitting, please upload a recent headshot, .jpg or .png, 300 dpi. Note: Most images downloaded from a website are low resolution and will not work for print. MAX FILE SIZE: 5MB EACH

If you’re having trouble submitting the form please make sure that:

  • Email address in section one is formatted correctly

  • Speaker biography is less than 800 characters

  • Headshot file size is 2MG or less
